My ipod shuffle went through the washer and now when I try to charge it a orange light goes on for a few second when I first plug it in and then it goes blank. i have been charging ipod shuffle since 9am (it is 4.15pm now) and the light is still blinking orange. Please help! When I try to play it nothing happens, but I can hear static for a second when I put my head phones in.
I then turn it on and no charging has been done.

if it wont change to green, how would i know if it is fully charged? last week, it happened and i disconnected it from my Apple computer and find the battery still lasted me a week but why wont the light change to green? I left it overnight and it still keeps blinking.

i have the same green/orange flashing light problem. When i plug the shuffle into the USB port, my PC recognizes it, but does not show up in iTunes.
