At the very beginning open IMEI.info website. Use your Apple ID or create a new account to start using Apple services. Sign in to iCloud to access your photos, videos, documents, notes, contacts, and more. Here you should find the specification of your device. If you don't know if your FMI (Find My iPhone) is ON or OFF just check it by IMEI.

Go to Settings > General > About and look for your device's IMEI On SIM card tray Then let’s type in the IMEI Number of your device and choose CHECK button.
