Without further evidence to support your claim, your reports alone will not result in suspensions and bans for the reported players. Nothing, it pretty much tells you this on the report screen. Riot says the data they send you is only from the past 3 months though, I don't think he played 1200 hours in the past 3 months. Sometimes you get those people who think you are hacking. Though in my reports it says I reported 2 people for third party program and I don't recall playing against 2 scripters in the past 3 months or having used that report option, so maybe it is lifetime reports afterall. :)
