Mr. Diggs is the Vice President and Director of Business Development of Diggs Construction. She is the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Council on Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP). He received his B.A. Celeste Payne – Board Member Celeste Payne has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Academia Antonia Alonso Charter School since September 2017.
