yeah the 50 int staff is the best for scorceries. I'm still using melee weapons with Magic infusions. Hey Peeps. If you want to use buffs and sorceries, BWS is definitely the way to go. The dmg of Sunset Staff is a bit higher than on the Black Witch Staff, but the flexibility of the latter more than makes up for this imo. Anyway, after managing to get a Lizard Staff drop, I've been using it +10 with a Magic infusion. Like the original Dark Souls in Dark Souls 2 you get to choose a starter item when you make your character. PS: No I do not want to use a moonlight GS. The only be able to recover your loss is through the use of Human Effigies, which are more precious than gold in the first sections of Dark Souls 2. its nearly the same but u can cast everything expect pyromancy and it deals ele dmg too Azzazzyn unwashed heathen

It is maddeningly difficult to find current build advice on this game, so I figured I'd just start a new thread about this. So what ARE the good hexes? Each one has a different use and you can only choose one. Looking for a good PvP weapon for my mage build Currently have 50 int and base melee stats for mace. The Ring of Binding changes all of this. Apparently I have been reading outdated material.
